Gyeonguk National University, Andong hold mid-term review of biotech vaccine project

The Andong-type Jobs Project Division of Gyeonguk National University held a series of progress review meetings from Thursday, July 2, through Wednesday at the university's Regional Industry-Academia Cooperation Center to assess the overall status of its biotech vaccine project and discuss the direction of future efforts.

The meetings were convened to share updates on the biotech vaccine project in line with its implementation schedule, identify challenges encountered during the process and draw up action plans to maximize project outcomes in the second half of the year.

Attendees included Im Jae-hwan, director of the division's corporate support center, Kim Jong-il, team leader of Andong city's new growth industries division, and companies benefiting from the biotech vaccine project.

Participants confirmed the implementation schedules and performance targets for each project and shared a range of views on improving overall project quality. For projects facing delays, they analyzed the causes and developed remedial measures.

"Execution and monitoring matter more than planning," said Song Jun-hyeop, head of the Andong-type Jobs Project Division. "We will continuously manage the progress of each project and swiftly address any issues to deliver tangible results."
