Bithumb announced Wednesday that it will offer its members an exclusive presale for preview performances of "Frozen," the Broadway musical making its Korea premiere.
Members will be able to book preview seats ahead of general ticketing, with a 10% discount on all seats applying to both the members-only presale and general sales.
"Frozen" is a Broadway production adapted from the Disney animated film, bringing the story's signature songs — including "Let It Go" — and key scenes to the stage.
The preview performances will be held over three days: Aug. 9, 11 and 12. The members-only presale opens Thursday at 11 a.m. through the Bithumb app or website, with member verification required. General ticketing begins July 16 at 11 a.m. through Clip Service.
The initiative is part of "Musical Nanum," the first program under Bithumb's corporate social responsibility campaign "Bithumb Nanum Project." A portion of ticket sales will be donated to those in need.
"We designed the 'Musical Nanum' project so that members can naturally participate in giving back while enjoying a performance," a Bithumb official said. "Through the Bithumb Nanum Project, we will expand our social contribution activities to create social value together with our customers."
Bithumb Nanum is Bithumb's corporate social responsibility brand. In the first half of this year, it carried out more than 30 outreach activities, visiting facilities such as child welfare centers.
