DL E&C holds mutual cooperation training for 250 partner firms

DL E&C has launched a push to expand shared growth with its partner companies by holding practical mutual cooperation training for their executives and employees, focusing on field-applicable content such as construction law, subcontracting regulations and labor management.

The company announced Wednesday that it had completed the mutual cooperation training program aimed at strengthening shared growth and job competencies with its partners.

The training was held twice at the Construction Hall in Seoul — on July 2 and Tuesday — with executives and employees from a total of 250 partner companies in attendance.

DL E&C organized the sessions to support the competitiveness of its partners and foster sustainable shared growth. The curriculum covered practical topics including the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, the Subcontracting Act, construction-site labor management and delivery-price indexing.

Registration was handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and the sessions filled up ahead of schedule, reflecting strong interest. Attendees included field practitioners and on-site engineers from a wide range of partner firms.

The training placed particular emphasis on field-ready content: key provisions and violation cases under the Framework Act on the Construction Industry and the Subcontracting Act, construction-site labor management and industrial accident prevention, and delivery-price indexing.

DL E&C has held mutual cooperation training annually as part of its ongoing shared-growth initiatives with partner companies. On the strength of these efforts, the company received the top rating for the fourth consecutive year in the 2026 mutual cooperation assessment administered by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

"We organized this training with the belief that our partners' competitiveness is DL E&C's competitiveness," a company official said. "We will continue to expand practical training support and shared-growth cooperation as a growth partner for our partner companies."

Meanwhile, on Monday DL E&C was selected as the preferred negotiating party for the Korea Land and Housing Corporation's Pyeongtaek Godeok A-70BL private-participation public housing construction project, valued at 411.9 billion won ($274 million).
