A fire believed to have been caused by an explosion broke out Thursday morning at the management office of an apartment complex in Sa-dong, Gyeongsan, North Gyeongsang Province, at around 8:29 a.m.
Fire department officials said they believe there may be casualties, based on the scale of the blaze.
Firefighters are working to extinguish the fire. Authorities also said they had received a report of an altercation at the scene before the incident.
