Kukdo Chemical said Thursday its second-quarter consolidated operating profit rose 184.8 percent from a year earlier to 47.95 billion won ($32.4 million).
Revenue for the same period climbed 53.2 percent to 534.25 billion won.
Net profit for the period came in at 43.89 billion won, up 412.1 percent, according to preliminary figures.
