Binance, the global digital asset exchange, said Tuesday it had implemented 198 service and feature improvements in the first half of this year based on user feedback.
The exchange received a total of 2,354 pieces of feedback from users worldwide between January and June. Drawing on those submissions, Binance made improvements across 47 areas, including peer-to-peer trading, Binance Chat, Binance Wallet, account usability and navigation.
On the P2P side, Binance strengthened transaction security and dispute-resolution procedures, adding extra safeguards to the payment process and introducing an appeal function that allows sellers to request a review or removal of negative reviews.
In chat and messaging, nine improvements were applied — among them better message-delivery reliability, optimized notifications and support for image sharing within customer support chats. The Binance Wallet received a redesigned user interface to make the RWUSD redemption process easier to follow. The company also addressed loading and freezing issues that occurred during account and know-your-customer verification, as well as pages that failed to load properly after app updates.
Binance is also expanding its non-trading services. Binance Pay is currently integrated with QR code-based national payment systems in six countries, with plans to extend that to 10 countries in the third quarter of this year. The Binance Card is available in 36 countries.
The exchange is also stepping up its compliance and security capabilities. Binance has processed a cumulative total of 313,653 law enforcement requests, including 36,235 in the first half of this year alone.
With Binance's support, law enforcement agencies have recovered or frozen more than $40 million in funds this year, bringing the cumulative total to $1.02 billion.
"A platform's competitiveness goes beyond transaction volume — it depends on how safely and conveniently users can access its services," a Binance official said. "We will continue to incorporate user feedback into our products and services, building on a strong compliance and security framework to deliver real improvements in convenience and trust."
Meanwhile, Binance has recently moved to accelerate its financial super-app strategy, pursuing a plan to bring stablecoins, payments, cards, fiat currency deposits and withdrawals, traditional financial products, shares, savings and rewards together on a single platform.
