Shinsegae disclosed Tuesday that its second-quarter consolidated operating profit rose 121.84 percent from a year earlier to 167.13 billion won ($118 million).
Revenue for the same period grew 5.11 percent to 1.78 trillion won.
Net profit for the period came to 106.99 billion won, a preliminary figure representing a 1,186.66 percent increase year-on-year.
