Dong-A Pharmaceutical, led by CEO Baek Sang-hwan, has launched Evly, a new health supplement brand and product designed to tap into the slow-aging trend.
The key ingredient in Evly is 208 milligrams of NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide), a compound widely popularized by Dr. David Sinclair's book "Lifespan: Why We Age — and Why We Don't Have To." NMN is involved in anti-aging processes and the activation of cellular energy metabolism.
Alongside NMN, the product contains 150 milligrams of resveratrol, 250 milligrams of quercetin, 20 milligrams of fisetin and betaine, all combined in a proprietary formula developed using Dong-A Pharmaceutical's in-house expertise.
The company said it enhanced convenience by adopting a dual-form design that allows users to take both a liquid and a tablet in a single serving. The liquid component is red grape-flavored for easy, enjoyable consumption.
"Evly was developed drawing on a range of ingredients that have been attracting attention in recent aging research," the company said. "In line with the slow-aging trend, it helps people manage their vitality and energy in everyday life."
