C&C International said Wednesday it has decided to enter into a share buyback trust agreement with KB Securities worth 5 billion won ($3.53 million).
The contract runs from Thursday through Feb. 12, 2027.
The company said the buyback aims to stabilize its share price, enhance shareholder value and secure a funding source for employee compensation.
