Mercury announced Tuesday that it has decided to transfer land and a building in Gajwa-dong, Seo-hae District, Incheon, to Hanmi Semiconductor to secure cash liquidity.
The transfer is valued at 56 billion won ($39.6 million), equivalent to 31.76 percent of the company's total assets.
The transfer is scheduled for Feb. 17, 2027.
