The event aimed to expand mutual exchange and cooperation between the association's provincial federations, build shared understanding of pressing issues facing agriculture and rural communities, and promote regional solidarity among members.
The program opened with a welcoming address by Song Jong-man, chairman of the North Gyeongsang provincial federation, followed by remarks from Lee Hun-gu, chairman of the North Jeolla federation, congratulatory speeches by North Gyeongsang Province Governor Lee Cheol-woo and provincial assembly Speaker Kim Hui-su, a lecture by Kim Ju-won, head of North Gyeongsang Nonghyup, and a policy forum on key agricultural and rural issues.
"Overcoming the difficulties facing agriculture and rural communities requires sharing experience and wisdom across regions and working together to find solutions," Kim said. "North Gyeongsang Nonghyup will continue to communicate closely with farming organizations and do its utmost to create new vitality for agriculture and rural areas."
