Fire breaks out on 17th floor of 20-story apartment in Jincheon-gun

A fire broke out Sunday at around 10:02 p.m. on the 17th floor of a 20-story apartment building in Deoksan-eup, Jincheon-gun, North Chungcheong Province, with fire department crews working to extinguish the blaze. No casualties have been reported.

Fire department officials believe the fire started near an outdoor air conditioning unit on a balcony and plan to investigate the exact cause and extent of the damage once the blaze is fully contained.
