Gomed Galleria signed a memorandum of understanding with GS Engineering & Construction on Wednesday at Gran Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul, to strengthen premium food and beverage services at residential complexes.
Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly develop community food and beverage service models tailored to the characteristics of individual complexes, combining Gomed Galleria's operational expertise in dining services with GS Engineering & Construction's residential development capabilities. They will also enhance food and beverage offerings tied to residential spaces, including exclusive resident benefits through linked membership programs and complex-specific promotions.
Gomed Galleria will support GS Engineering & Construction's efforts to strengthen its bid for the reconstruction project at Mok-dong Complex 12. The two companies will also collaborate on other major projects, including a mixed-use residential development in Ansan's Seongpo-dong.
Gomed Galleria has provided food and beverage services at major premium apartment complexes across South Korea since launching at Trimaje Seongsu in 2018, followed by Gaepo Xi DH, Gaepo Raemian Forest and Songdo Xi The Star. The company has built experience and expertise by operating a range of dining facilities within those complexes, including restaurants, cafes and bakeries.
"We will combine our accumulated experience operating residential complex food and beverage services with GS Engineering & Construction's residential development capabilities to deliver dining services optimized for each complex," a Gomed Galleria official said. "We will expand differentiated food and beverage services that enhance residents' daily lives and overall satisfaction with their homes."
