Complex comprises 299 apartments and 56 officetels
Posco E&C announced Monday that it has launched first-come, first-served unit selection sales for "The Sharp Jungang-ro Station Centerpole," a residential complex in Sail-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu, at competitive pre-sale prices.
The complex is a post-construction pre-sale development with move-in scheduled for October. Residents can move in immediately after signing a contract, a feature that has drawn strong interest from end-users.
The development spans six below-ground floors and up to 39 above-ground floors across two buildings, totaling 355 units — 299 apartments and 56 officetels.
By unit type, the apartments break down as follows: 118 units of 84-square-meter Type A, 115 units of 84-square-meter Type B, 60 units of 84-square-meter Type C, two units of 142 square meters, and four units of 167 square meters. The officetel portion consists of 56 units of 84 square meters.
The Sharp Jungang-ro Station Centerpole connects directly underground to Jungang-ro Station on Daegu Metro Line 1.
The direct underground link goes beyond simply being near a station — residents can reach the subway without stepping outside, improving commuting convenience.
The complex is within walking distance of the Dongseongno commercial district and is surrounded by amenities including Lotte Department Store, Hyundai Department Store and Kyungpook National University Hospital.
The complex is a mixed-use building situated within the Dongseongno commercial district. Retail facilities occupying the first basement floor through the second above-ground floor are expected to further enhance residents' daily convenience.
Apartments and officetels begin on the sixth floor, separating residential spaces from commercial areas and ensuring a practical layout for everyday living.
"This complex speaks for itself — it sits at the very heart of Dongseongno, the center of Daegu, an area once known as Jungangtong before Jungang-ro Station was built, and it has a direct underground connection to that station," a sales official for The Sharp Jungang-ro Station Centerpole said. "With first-come, first-served unit selection contracts under way at competitive pre-sale prices, contracts are moving faster than expected."
Meanwhile, the complex is scheduled for completion in mid-September, and the model home is located in Sincheon-dong, Daegu.
