Maserati Korea opens new Busan showroom, calls it largest in Yeongnam region

Italian luxury carmaker Maserati has officially opened a new showroom in Haeundae, Busan.

Operated by DY Global, the Maserati Busan showroom sits on the main road connecting Centum City and Marine City, two of Haeundae's premier commercial districts. The location — surrounded by five-star hotels, premium retail facilities and high-end residential complexes — is intended to give the brand a stronger private touchpoint with customers in Busan and the broader Yeongnam region.

The showroom spans a total floor area of 3,917.22 square meters, with 383.13 square meters of dedicated exhibition space, and is designed to evoke a classic yet contemporary Italian luxury sensibility. Visitors can explore the brand's racing heritage in a curated luxury lounge, and consult one-on-one with specialists in a private room to configure bespoke Fuoriserie options.

The showroom also takes advantage of Haeundae's geography by offering multiple test-drive routes: a city circuit through the district's central shopping streets, a coastal route with sea views, and a high-speed course for drivers who want to experience the cars' full performance. A special test-drive program for the GT2 Stradale — a high-performance super sports car that distills Maserati's racing DNA — will run from Sept. 14 to Sept. 28 for customers who make advance reservations.

To mark the opening, the showroom is holding a special lounge event. Visitors will receive a Maserati premium umbrella, while customers who sign a purchase contract and take delivery during the event period will be entered into a draw for a two-night stay, including breakfast, at a five-star hotel.

"Busan's Haeundae is a key hub of the high-end market where a distinctive lifestyle and the latest trends converge," said Gaurav Thapa, head of Maserati Korea. "Through the new showroom, we will offer customers in Busan and the Yeongnam region a differentiated experience where they can directly feel the essence of sensuous Italian luxury."

Meanwhile, Maserati Korea is running a limited fuel-cost support program through the end of this month for owners of its luxury SUV, the Grecale, to help ease vehicle maintenance costs.

The brand is also expanding its customer reach through various marketing activities, including supplying its full luxury lineup to "Chaebol X Detective 2," which airs on SBS every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 p.m.
