Campaign targets young people, students and job seekers to boost use of Employment24

The Korea Employment Information Service will take part in large-scale job fairs in Busan and Daegu to promote its digital employment platform, Employment24, and its AI-based customized employment services.
The agency said Wednesday that it would focus on promoting Employment24 and AI-driven employment services at major regional offline job fairs held in September. The campaign targets young people, students, job seekers and other groups.
The on-site campaign aims to raise awareness of Employment24. It also lets job seekers try out AI employment services developed and upgraded by the agency, including its employment probability model and JobCare. They can then apply these tools in their actual job searches.
The agency first set up a dedicated booth at the "2026 Aviation Industry Career Expo in Busan," held Sept. 2-3 at Hall 1 of BEXCO's second exhibition hall. Job seekers and those preparing for employment could try out its digital employment probability model firsthand there.
The employment probability model draws on labor market big data to assess a job seeker's likelihood of finding employment based on individual conditions. It also offers customized strategies to strengthen their competitiveness in the job market.
The agency will also take part in the "2026 Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education Vocational Education Fair," running Wednesday through Thursday at Hall 1 of EXCO's West Wing in Daegu. There, it plans to focus on introducing JobCare, its AI-based customized employment service, to vocational high school students and their parents.
JobCare is an AI-driven career exploration service that comprehensively analyzes an individual's major, qualifications, career history and other data to recommend suitable jobs and suggest a career development roadmap.
The agency plans to continue its on-site promotional activities by taking part in the JobKorea Job Fair, set to be held in Seoul from Sept. 23 to 24.
"In line with the era of digital transformation, we are continuously upgrading advanced AI employment services so job seekers can genuinely feel the benefits," said Lee Chang-su, commissioner of the Korea Employment Information Service. "We will continue to expand our contact points with job seekers on the ground and actively promote our agency's useful, data-driven services so that they can lead to real employment success."
