Signature fragrance 'SKY AT DUSK' introduced
Hanssem furniture and pre-survey findings incorporated
Kolon Global has unveiled an experiential showroom designed to engage all five senses, going beyond a simple viewing experience.
The company said Tuesday it launched brand collaboration content at the Jeonju Samcheon Haneulchae Laviel showroom, combining fragrance, furniture and spatial design. The showroom is conceived as a multi-faceted cultural experience space where visitors can experience residential living and envision their own daily lives.
The most striking element is "space branding" through scent. Kolon Global partnered with lifestyle brand ONCE32 to create an exclusive signature fragrance called SKY AT DUSK, inspired by the warm glow of sunsets seen through Haneulchae windows. The scent opens with soft coconut notes, transitions through jasmine and violet, and settles into a lingering base of cedarwood and sandalwood, lending the space a calm, restful atmosphere.
Inside each residential unit, furniture from home interior company Hanssem has been arranged to maximize livability. Moving beyond simple prop displays, the showroom adopts a "lifestyle space consulting" concept that encompasses actual furniture placement, traffic flow and space utilization, allowing visitors to intuitively sense what everyday life there would feel like.
The spatial design drew heavily on findings from pre-launch consumer interviews. By identifying the lifestyle patterns and preferences of real customers and applying them to the unit staging, the company aimed to position visitors not merely as passive observers but as "co-planners" who help shape the residential space.
"Through collaboration with various brands, we are proposing new residential experiences and continuing to build branding that takes into account customers' tastes and sensibilities," a Kolon Global official said. "We will keep presenting differentiated content that allows customers to experience and remember Haneulchae in their everyday lives, beyond the showroom itself."
Meanwhile, Kolon Global recently won a contract worth 104.6 billion won ($77.8 million) for a street-unit housing redevelopment project in Myeongmok-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul.
