'Munsuro Vista The Park' opens model home Friday ahead of subscription schedule

Dongwon Development opened the model home for "Munsuro Vista The Park," a new residential complex in Block 11 of the Mugeo Samho district in Ulsan's Nam-gu, on Friday, marking the start of its official pre-sale schedule.

The complex will comprise 700 units in total, configured in mid-size floor plans with exclusive use areas of 68 and 84 square meters.

Munsuro Vista The Park offers convenient access to hypermarkets and medical clinics in the commercial districts near Ulsan University and Sinbok Intersection, as well as major government offices in the Okdong area, including the prosecutors office and court.

Several schools are also nearby — Okhyeon Elementary School, Samho Middle School, Okhyeon Middle School, Seonggwang Girls' High School and Ulsan Jeil High School — along with the Okdong hagwon district.

A hiking trail on Samhosan sits directly in front of the complex, giving residents easy access to walking and hiking. Taehwagang National Garden, Ulsan Sports Park and Munsu Lake Plaza are also close by, adding to the quality of the residential environment.

The complex will feature differentiated landscaping and a range of design enhancements. The landscaping will be handled by the Everscape GSS team of Samsung C&T's resort division, known for its work on Everland.

Two resident-only shuttle buses will be donated to improve residents' daily commutes and children's school transportation, and each unit will receive a dedicated storage room.

Buyers who opt for balcony expansion will also receive more than 20 items free of charge that would normally be paid upgrades, including ceramic kitchen countertops, an extended island dining table, an island storage cabinet and a separate bidet.

"Munsuro Vista The Park has significantly eased the financial burden on buyers through exceptional pre-sale benefits," a sales official said. "The down payment has been set at 5 percent, with the first installment fixed at 5 million won ($3,650), and the interest-free interim payment option amid a climate of steep interest rate increases has sharply reduced the financing burden for end-users."

The pre-sale schedule calls for special supply on Monday, first-priority apartment subscriptions on Tuesday and second-priority subscriptions on Wednesday. Successful applicants will be announced Oct. 1, followed by a three-day contract signing period from Oct. 12 to Oct. 14.

The Munsuro Vista The Park model home is located in Daldong, Nam-gu, Ulsan.
