Ourhome shares holiday meal boxes with children at community centers ahead of Chuseok

Ourhome announced Monday that it had delivered holiday special dosirak meal boxes under its "On the Go BOX" program to about 100 children at a community child center in Dobong-gu, Seoul, through the G Foundation ahead of Chuseok.

Ourhome chefs and employees personally delivered the meal boxes on Thursday, with menus featuring signature holiday dishes such as braised galbi with whole abalone and three-color savory pancakes. The menus were designed with the nutritional needs and tastes of growing children in mind, and a dessert package was included to add to the festive atmosphere.

On the Go BOX is part of Ourhome's "On the Go Project," a corporate social responsibility initiative launched this year that brings nutritious special meal boxes to community child centers. Through September, the company has delivered about 780 servings across seven visits and plans to continue the program through the end of the year.

"We will continue to deliver warm-hearted meals that support the growth of children, who are the leaders of tomorrow," an Ourhome official said. "We will keep practicing community-minded sharing and growing together with local communities through the On the Go Project."
