Regional track for graduates from Busan, Ulsan and South Gyeongsang schools
'Integrated track' targets candidates with AI and digital skills
Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank, both units of BNK Financial Group, have launched open recruitment for new hires in the second half of the year.
BNK Financial Group announced Monday that the hiring process will follow a blind screening format with no restrictions on educational background, age, major or gender. Applicants eligible for employment support and registered persons with disabilities will receive preferential consideration under relevant laws.
To expand local talent recruitment, a regional track will be available for each job category, open to graduates of high schools or universities in Busan, Ulsan and South Gyeongsang Province.
This year, the banks will recruit new hires under a unified "integrated track" designed to meet the demands of a rapidly shifting financial landscape and the digital transformation of banking operations. The integrated track targets candidates who combine core customer service and sales skills with the ability to apply data and AI tools, enabling them to work across both branch and headquarters functions.
The selection process for both banks will proceed in four stages: document screening, written examination, comprehensive interview and final interview. Full details, including application periods and schedules, are available on the BNK Financial Group, Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank recruitment website at bnkfg.recruiter.co.kr.
"We plan to select talent who can respond flexibly to the rapidly changing financial environment and grow alongside the organization," a BNK Financial Group recruitment official said. "We look forward to the attention and applications of capable candidates."
