Ulsan's 'Munsu-ro Vista The Park' model home draws over 9,000 visitors in 3 days

Pre-sale interest in Ulsan's "Munsu-ro Vista The Park" apartment complex is running high.

According to Dongwon Development, more than 9,000 people visited the model home for the project — located in Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan (Mugeo Samho District, Block 11) — over the three days since it opened Friday through the weekend.

Crowds packed the venue as prospective buyers came to see the 700-unit complex firsthand, part of the roughly 5,300-household "Saeokdong" development. Lines formed to view the model units, and the consultation desks inside stayed busy throughout the day.

Many visitors said they came expecting to be impressed by the new homes in Nam-gu's Saeokdong area, but ended up even more taken with the complex's landscaping and design features.

One visitor from Mugeo-dong said, "Seeing it in person, I think I understand why they call it Saeokdong." She added that she was excited about the landscaping work by Everland's landscaping team and liked details such as glass railings and in-unit storage rooms, saying she planned to try her luck in the first-priority apartment subscription.

A visitor from Jung-gu said ceiling-mounted air conditioners in every room and other options provided free of charge would significantly reduce the financial burden, and praised the finishing materials and interior as upscale.

A sales official for Munsu-ro Vista The Park said visitors were following through to consultations after seeing the design features and pre-sale benefits, adding that the project was expecting strong subscription results.

Meanwhile, Munsu-ro Vista The Park will hold its first-priority apartment subscription Tuesday and second-priority subscription Wednesday, with winners announced Oct. 1. Contract signings for successful applicants will take place over three days, from Sept. 12 to Sept. 14.

The complex comprises 700 units in the popular mid-size 68- and 84-square-meter configurations. The model home is located in Daldong, Nam-gu.
