Homing Roots Songdo Phase 3 project to showcase residential value and vision on world stage
Songdo International City in the Incheon Free Economic Zone is accelerating its push to become a global premium residential complex, drawing intense interest from Korean business communities around the world.
Incheon Global City (IGCD) will participate in the corporate exhibition at the 24th World Korean Business Convention, held at Songdo Convensia in Incheon from Monday through Wednesday, to formally introduce the residential value and vision of its global investment project, Homing Roots Songdo Phase 3.
The participation is a strategic move targeting a clearly defined audience: overseas Korean asset holders and foreign investors.
To overcome the limited offline marketing reach of overseas markets, IGCD selected the country's largest Korean networking event — where Korean leaders and overseas buyers from more than 60 countries converge — as its ideal marketing platform.
Rather than running a standard exhibition or passive promotional booth, IGCD is foregrounding a substance-focused, one-on-one consultation system tailored to overseas investors.
The on-site booth is configured to allow three teams to conduct independent consultations simultaneously, with customized advisory services designed around each visitor's financial environment, lifestyle and domestic settlement conditions.
Alongside this, the booth will accept preliminary subscription letters of intent on-site as IGCD moves to secure concrete investment demand.
The company also plans to distribute its newly published brand newsletter, "Songdo Gongam," conveying the residential premium and brand story unique to Songdo to global investors through multiple channels.
