Chief Justice Jo Hee-dae arrived at the Supreme Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul, on Monday morning. The National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee is holding an emergency plenary session that day to question Jo over his refusal to re-nominate Supreme Court justice candidates.
