Chief Justice Jo Hee-dae answered reporters' questions Monday as he arrived at the Supreme Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul. The National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee is holding an emergency plenary session that day to question him over his refusal to re-nominate Supreme Court justice candidates.
