The forest park in Geumgok-ri, Punggak-myeon, Cheongdo-gun, North Gyeongsang Province, is drawing visitors with a vivid autumn display of fully bloomed cluster amaryllis. On Monday, children from Punggak Daycare Center visited the park to learn about the value of nature and reflect on the importance of environmental protection. Wearing colorful safety vests, the children strolled along forest paths blanketed in the crimson flowers and soaked in the autumn atmosphere. Cheongdo-gun County Mayor Park Gwon-hyeon said the county would continue working to make Cheongdo-gun a place where residents and children can experience the beauty of each season up close.
