Penta Hills W Complex 1 unveils 123㎡ unit Saturday after 84㎡ sellout

IS Dongseo's Penta Hills W Complex 1, located in the Jungsan district of Gyeongsan, North Gyeongsang Province, continues to draw strong buyer interest.

According to IS Dongseo on Friday, the development's 84-square-meter units — the most popular size among Korean homebuyers — sold out early. The sellout was driven by visits and contracts from Daegu-area buyers who had been unable to participate in the initial subscription round due to eligibility requirements.

With the 84-square-meter units gone, attention has naturally shifted to larger floor plans.

To meet demand from buyers looking to upgrade, the developer recently completed a new 123-square-meter Type B model unit, built in place of the former 84-square-meter Type B unit.

The 123-square-meter Type B model unit, which allows prospective buyers to see the actual layout and finishes in person, opens to the public Saturday.

A "Penta Hills W Grand Festa" event will also run at the model house during this period.

Every weekend this month, the developer will hold "W Goods Day," giving away Samsung Lions merchandise. Visitors who complete a model tour and consultation will also receive popular desserts through a separate "W Sweet Pop-up" promotion running during the same period.

"The opening of the 123-square-meter Type B unit marks the first public showing of a large flat-plate floor plan, giving buyers a chance to see the layout and finishes for themselves," a sales official said. "We expect strong interest, especially from those who have been waiting for this."

Buyers at Penta Hills W Complex 1 may resell their subscription rights after paying a 10 percent down payment, and the development offers interest-free financing on 60 percent of the purchase price.

The Penta Hills W Complex 1 model house is located near the Suseongdae intersection in Manchon-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
