TYM wins NAEDA Gold Level Award
Overall score of 5.13 out of 7 — highest among 8 manufacturers
Tops industry average in all 12 categories, leads in 9
Agricultural machinery company TYM has ranked first in overall dealer satisfaction in North America's tractor segment for the second consecutive year.
TYM announced Wednesday that it won the Gold Level Award in the tractor category at the dealer satisfaction survey organized by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA). TYM is the only South Korean agricultural machinery company to receive the award this year.
TYM scored 5.13 out of a possible 7 points in overall satisfaction, placing first among the eight manufacturers evaluated. The score was 0.89 points above the industry average of 4.24. TYM also topped the overall satisfaction rankings last year, making this year its second consecutive year at the top.
TYM also exceeded the industry average in all 12 individual evaluation categories and received the highest scores in nine of them. NAEDA surveys approximately 4,000 member dealers on product quality, supply, parts service, warranty and communication, among other criteria.
TYM has been strengthening dealer support across the North American market. The company established a new assembly facility in Pennsylvania and an integrated service and parts hub in Georgia to expand its local logistics and after-sales network.
"This award proves the brand trust and competitiveness that our North American dealer network has recognized firsthand," a TYM official said. "We will continue to expand the products and services tailored to the North American market."
