District mayor attends six events, including Songjeong Hanmadang Janchi and Balsan Village Festival
Gangseo-gu District Mayor Jin Kyo-hoon continued his on-the-ground outreach Saturday, making the rounds at community events across the district.
Jin visited six village festivals throughout the day, starting with the Gonghang-dong Songjeong Hanmadang Janchi at 10 a.m. before moving on to the Deungchon 1-dong Recycling Festival and the Banghwa 2-dong Dugeundugeun Village Festival, where he checked on operations and assessed convenience for residents. At each venue, he toured the experience booths, greeting residents individually and listening to their concerns firsthand.
The visits continued into the afternoon. Jin stopped by the Hwagokbon-dong Residents Festival, the Banghwa 3-dong Eoulim Festival and Flea Market, and the Balsan Village Festival, spending time with residents at each stop.
"Laughing and chatting with residents as autumn deepens, I feel the week's fatigue just melt away," Jin said. "Festivals are in full swing all across the district, so I hope everyone will come out and enjoy them together."
