Actor Lee Min-jung has opened up about her eating habits, revealing that she eats five meals a day and regularly enjoys late-night snacks.
On Tuesday, Lee shared her approach to self-care on her YouTube channel.
In the video, a crew member told Lee she looked "very slim" and asked for her secret to staying in shape. "I'm not that slim — you must have never seen a truly thin person," she replied.
When the crew member suggested she did not seem to eat much, Lee pushed back. "The thing I hate most in the world is eating until I'm about to burst and then not being able to have my next meal or a snack," she said.
She added that the total still adds up. "When I count everything up, I eat five meals a day," she said. "If I'm a little hungry, I'll have something small like a sandwich before a proper meal. I think the combined amount of those five meals is about the same as three meals for most people."
Lee also said she does not deprive herself at night. "I don't let myself go hungry to the point of starving," she said. "I do eat late-night snacks — I just don't binge."
On staying in shape, she said stretching matters more than massage. "Stretching is more important than going to a massage shop," she said. "If there are still stiff or swollen areas after stretching, then I go get a massage."
Meanwhile, Lee married actor Lee Byung-hun in 2013 and the couple have a son and a daughter.
