Dongsung Chemical launches campus and job fair recruitment drive

Dongsung Chemical announced Monday that it will recruit talent through visits to major universities nationwide and participation in job fairs.

Through its "2027 IMPACT new hire recruitment campaign," the company plans to share information about its key businesses and hiring process with prospective candidates through January next year.

The campaign kicked off Monday at the Job Festival in Busan, with the company set to meet job seekers in major cities including Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Busan, Ulsan and Gwangju.

In November, Dongsung Chemical will take part in the Seoul Metropolitan Government job fair and conduct campus recruiting visits to Ulsan University, Pusan National University, Chonnam National University and Sungkyunkwan University's Natural Sciences Campus. At each event, HR staff will introduce the company's main businesses and recruitment procedures.

On Dec. 8, the company will hold an information session at Catch Cafe, followed by an invitation-only session at its Seoul office on Jan. 8. Both sessions will feature current employees offering one-on-one job consultations and mentoring.
