Actor Kim Hye-ja has made a bright public appearance, putting to rest recent speculation about her health.
Plus M Entertainment, the distributor of the film "Still Brilliant," posted photos from a stage greeting on its official social media account Sunday, writing: "The 'Still Brilliant' fans have arrived. A happy meeting with our audience on Oct. 24!"
The photos showed Kim attending the stage greeting on Saturday, flashing a wide smile as she greeted the audience.
The health concerns arose after Kim was seen being helped by those around her and coughing repeatedly at the opening ceremony of the 31st Busan International Film Festival on Oct. 6. A representative for Kim said at the time that she was "in perfect health" and that the coughing was "simply a mild cold," adding that "all scheduled engagements will proceed without issue."
Concerns lingered, however, after Kim also skipped a stage greeting for "Still Brilliant" on Oct. 15.
"Still Brilliant," which opened Wednesday, marks Kim's return to the big screen for the first time in nine years since the film "The Road."
