Advance customer notices to be strengthened
Counter relocated closer to terminal center
Move expected to improve airport convenience
Parata Air announced Tuesday that it will operate its check-in counter at Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport from zone K instead of zone B during the winter season.
The relocation follows an adjustment to check-in counter operating zones at Incheon International Airport. Parata Air began providing check-in and baggage drop-off services at the K counter on Sunday.
The move from zone B to zone K, which sits closer to the center of the terminal, is expected to improve customer access to the check-in counter and overall airport convenience.
To minimize customer confusion from the counter relocation, Parata Air plans to strengthen guidance through various channels, including its website.
"As the check-in counter location has changed, we will do our utmost to provide accurate information so that customers can complete their boarding procedures without any inconvenience," a Parata Air official said. "We will continue to pay close attention to ensuring that customers enjoy a comfortable experience from the very start of their travel."
Meanwhile, Parata Air will operate a curating flight on its Incheon-to-Danang and Incheon-to-Sapporo routes on Wednesday, following similar services in August and September. The program, in which cabin crew personally introduce in-flight products and offer special purchase benefits, was designed to give passengers a distinctive in-flight shopping experience, the company said.
