Customers get hands-on look at Audi's service expertise and technology
From vehicle inspections to electric vehicle battery maintenance
Audi Korea held "Inside Audi Day," a service experience event for customers and their families, at the Bundang showroom and service center of official Audi dealer Wibon Motors on Saturday.
Inside Audi Day is a customer experience program designed to give participants a firsthand look at vehicle maintenance and repair processes that are rarely visible to the public, while showcasing Audi's service expertise and technical capabilities.
Audi Korea had previously offered similar opportunities through its "Audi Service Experience" program, which allowed customers to visit official service centers and observe professional maintenance operations up close. In 2024, the program was held at the Busan Geumjeong service center of official Audi dealer Iron Auto.
This year, the company rebranded the initiative as Inside Audi Day and expanded its scope beyond technical demonstrations to create a program where customers and their families can experience the Audi brand together.
The event featured a range of hands-on programs, including a vehicle inspection session conducted alongside professional technicians, as well as demonstrations of bodywork repair and painting, and high-voltage electric vehicle battery inspection and maintenance — giving attendees a direct look at Audi's systematic service processes and technical standards.
The electric vehicle segment in particular was designed to help customers more easily understand the structure and maintenance of high-voltage batteries.
In addition, the event included various interactive programs and on-site activities to make automotive technology accessible and engaging for family visitors.
"We are continuously raising service quality and customer satisfaction on the strength of our technicians' expertise and systematic maintenance systems," an Audi Korea official said. "We will continue to create diverse opportunities for customers to experience Audi's technology and service value up close, and to strengthen a differentiated customer experience across the entire vehicle purchase and ownership journey."
Meanwhile, Audi Korea last month reached a cumulative domestic registration milestone of 300,000 vehicles since the establishment of its official Korean subsidiary — the third import brand to achieve that figure in South Korea.
