Metallic black exterior based on Esprit Alpine trim
Exclusive 20-inch wheels, 2.5 million won in added features
51.94 million won after eco-vehicle tax benefits
Renault Korea will launch a limited-edition version of its flagship crossover, the Filante, on Thursday. The Noir Edition — based on the top-tier Esprit Alpine trim and finished in an all-black concept — will be capped at 1,000 units.
The name draws from the French word for black, "noir." The special model adds black color and exclusive detailing to the Filante's existing design.
The exterior centers on a metallic black body color, complemented by exclusive 20-inch all-black Chicane alloy wheels and Esprit Alpine logo side emblems. A metallic black standard roof, metallic black tailgate, headlamp silver paint décor, and a rear silver losange logo and Filante emblem complete the look.
The black concept carries through to the interior, which features a Noir Edition nameplate, black suede headlining and black Nappa faux-leather seats. A new wallpaper has been added to the three-screen openR Panorama Screen that extends to the front passenger side.
Standard convenience features include a Bose premium sound system with 10 speakers, active noise cancellation and an augmented-reality head-up display. Renault Korea said these specifications are valued at about 2.5 million won ($1,870).
The selling price is 51.94 million won after eco-vehicle tax benefits. A Noir Edition accessory package — comprising electric side steps and Filante door spot lamps — is available at a 30 percent discount.
Renault Korea's "7-year, 140,000-kilometer" free extended warranty also applies. The program extends coverage on body, general and powertrain components to a maximum of seven years or 140,000 kilometers. Hybrid-specific parts remain covered for eight years or 160,000 kilometers, and the high-voltage battery for 10 years or 200,000 kilometers, unchanged from before.
Renault Korea is also running a "Renault Sale Festa" through Nov. 30. Customers who purchase a Filante or Grand Koleos through affiliated finance company MFS will receive a special interest rate of 2.99 percent on a 36-month loan. Detailed purchase terms by model are available at showrooms nationwide and on the official website.
Meanwhile, Renault Group unveiled a range of electrification models at the 2026 Paris Motor Show in October, anchored by its medium- to long-term innovation strategy called "futuREady." The group made the global debut of the Renault E-Space Concept and exhibited two concept cars offering a contemporary reinterpretation of Renault's heritage.
