Amid that backdrop, Cheonan Dongmun The East Park City, a residential complex currently being offered for pre-sale in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, is drawing attention as a live-work community near industrial facilities.
Cheonan is one of the Chungcheong region's leading industrial cities, home to major companies including Samsung SDI and several industrial complexes. Plans are also underway to develop the LG Household Future General Industrial Complex nearby, raising expectations for further residential demand in the area.
