The Seoul Metropolitan Government significantly tightened enforcement of its feral pigeon feeding ban zones starting Monday. Anyone caught feeding pigeons in a designated no-feeding zone faces a fine of 200,000 won ($132) for a first offense, 500,000 won for a second, and up to 1 million won for three or more violations.
