Megazone Soft, Google Cloud host agentic AI leadership seminar for top executives

Megazone Soft, an affiliate of Megazone Cloud, joined forces with Google Cloud to introduce C-suite executives at major Korean companies to agentic AI and how it can transform workplace operations.

Megazone Soft said Tuesday it held the "Google Workspace with Gemini-Based Agentic WX Leadership Seminar" at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Gangnam. More than 60 C-level executives from leading Korean companies attended the event.

The company organized the seminar to present Google Cloud's AWT strategy and its accompanying tool, agentic WX. AWT is Google Cloud's AI transformation strategy for integrating AI agents into the workflows of operational teams and scaling them across entire organizations.

Megazone Soft developed its "agentic WX" offering on the premise that achieving AI transformation requires changing not only an organization's mindset but also its work environment.

"Adopting an AI agent is similar to hiring a new employee," said Yeom Dong-hun, CEO of Megazone Cloud. "Just as you delegate tasks to an employee, evaluate their performance and help them grow, AI agents need to be managed the same way." He added that the phrase "adopting new technology" is no longer appropriate in the AI era, and that companies must be able to coexist with AI and grow and learn alongside it.

Choi Jae-eun, GCP presales manager at Megazone Soft, presented the agentic WX offering during a dedicated session, explaining that it is structured around five stages: diagnosis, proof of concept, governance, implementation and change management. "We plan to provide end-to-end support covering everything from measuring an organization's AI maturity and validating use cases to designing security governance, building systems and managing employee change," she said.

Mingkai Li, Google Cloud APAC director, presented on evolving AI-driven work environments, saying that for an agent to function as an autonomous system capable of solving problems on its own, it needs context to understand situations, a model to reason and tools to act. He added that "a platform is needed to integrate context scattered across different system boundaries — email, documents, CRM, ERP and others — and to orchestrate agents in a cohesive way."

The seminar also featured case studies on AI agent adoption at major companies. Kim Jin-seong, head of the cloud tech unit at Megazone Soft, shared examples of how the company helped employees at clients including Wiggy's (Yogiyo) and Hankook & Company directly develop their own AI agents.

Wiggy's used an internal AI hackathon to develop agents for menu improvement suggestions based on commercial district and review analysis, as well as agents for automated customer inquiry classification and delivery zone optimization. Hankook & Company also ran an AI hackathon, identifying practical use cases including supply chain risk management and tire product strategy.

The seminar also introduced a case in which integrated security governance compliant with network separation regulations and electronic financial supervision rules was built for eight affiliates of a major domestic financial group, as well as a case applying AI agents to SAP ERP operations at a large IT services company.

A live demo session walked attendees through the process of building a no-code agent on Gemini Enterprise and configuring security governance.

Kim Seong-su, head of the AX business division at SM Hi-Plus, said he had been wrestling with questions about how to introduce Gemini Enterprise and set up security governance. "This seminar helped me understand how to move forward," he said. "Since company-wide rollout is a prerequisite for adopting Gemini Enterprise, I came away thinking that using the agentic WX introduced today would allow us to scale it properly with the right governance in place."

Jin Geon, head of Google Cloud business at Megazone Soft, said the success of AI transformation depends less on the technology itself than on strategy, governance and change management. "Megazone Soft will use agentic WX — which supports the entire process from diagnosis to change management — to turn companies' AI agent transformation into tangible results," he said.
