Company offers integrated car-life services through its Car& app
HD Hyundai Oilbank announced Thursday that it ranked first in the gas station category of the 2026 Korean Standard-Service Quality Index, published by the Korean Standards Association — marking its 12th consecutive year atop the category.
The KS-SQI is a service quality evaluation model jointly developed by the Korean Standards Association and Seoul National University's Business Research Institute to reflect the characteristics of Korea's domestic service industry and consumers. It assesses customers' experience across eight criteria: accuracy, expertise, sincerity, friendliness, proactiveness, ease of use, appearance and social value orientation.
HD Hyundai Oilbank said it has overhauled its digital channels and raised service quality at gas station locations in step with a shifting energy retail environment, maintaining consistent service standards across both online and offline customer touchpoints and delivering a differentiated refueling experience.
On the digital side, the company offers integrated car-life services — including smart fueling, car wash and membership benefits — through its bonus card app Car&. At its stations, it has updated service education programs and customer-service manuals to keep pace with changing refueling habits.
"This award reflects 12 years of unwavering support and trust from our customers," a company official said. "We will continue to strengthen our digital channels, including Car&, and the quality of service at our gas stations to deliver a differentiated refueling experience."
