Ulsan Free Economic Zone Authority seeks industrial tenants at Seoul real estate expo

The Ulsan Free Economic Zone Authority is participating in the 2026 Korea Real Estate Expo, held at Coex in Seoul from Thursday through Friday, to attract investment and industrial tenants.

At the event, the authority is operating a joint promotional booth with Ulsan Urban Corporation to highlight the locational advantages and investment conditions of the KTX Ulsan Station mixed-use special zone and the Ulsan Hi-Tech Valley general industrial complex.

The KTX Ulsan Station mixed-use special zone covers a total area of 1.53 square kilometers. Designated as a free economic zone, it has been developed as a new growth hub for western Ulsan since December last year.

The Ulsan Hi-Tech Valley general industrial complex has completed pre-sales for its first section and is currently conducting the first round of pre-sales for its second section, which comprises 13 lots covering 128,779 square meters. The complex sits near three expressways — the Gyeongbu, Hamyang-Ulsan and Ulsan expressways — as well as National Route 35 and KTX Ulsan Station, giving it strong regional transport links.

The authority plans to consult with domestic and foreign investors and companies at the expo to boost investment attraction and pre-sale results.
