KT faces potential fine of up to W190b over hacking case

The Personal Information Protection Commission will hold a full meeting Wednesday to decide on sanctions against KT Corp over a hacking incident that resulted in personal data leaks and unauthorized micropayment charges. Industry sources say the fine could reach as high as 190 billion won ($130 million).
