SeAH Besteel Holdings disclosed in a regulatory filing Thursday that its second-quarter consolidated operating profit reached 60.47 billion won ($41.7 million), up 35.9 percent from a year earlier.
Revenue for the same period rose 17.8 percent to 1.14 trillion won.
Net profit for the period came to 35.17 billion won, a preliminary figure reflecting a 93.4 percent increase from a year earlier.
