Ildong Pharmaceutical disclosed Thursday that its second-quarter consolidated operating profit rose 739.1 percent year-on-year to 5 billion won ($3.45 million).
Revenue for the same period came in at 150.88 billion won, up 9 percent, according to preliminary figures.
Net profit for the period reached 8.12 billion won, swinging to a profit from a loss a year earlier.
