Daewoo Engineering & Construction announced Wednesday it had signed a contract with Nasan for a new apartment construction project in Zone A1BL of the Cheongju Songjeol District 2 urban development area.
The contract is valued at 312.65 billion won ($222 million), equivalent to 3.88 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract period is 34 months from the ground-breaking date.
