Actor Lee Yo-won says mother-in-law sends birthday money every year: 'Never changed my account number'

Actor Lee Yo-won revealed that her mother-in-law sends her birthday money every year.

The disclosure came Saturday on KBS 2TV variety program "Salrimhaneun Namjadeul" (a home-life reality show) season 2, which featured married couple Eun Ga-eun and Park Hyun-ho on a shopping outing.

That day, Park visited a department store at his mother's request to pick out a gift of clothing for Eun.

Watching the scene, Lee drew the cast's attention when she said, "My mother-in-law sends me birthday money every year."

When asked, "Do you just accept it right away? It could feel a little burdensome," Lee replied, "It shows up in my account — how could I not take it?" She added, "I've never changed my account number," drawing laughter from those present.

Meanwhile, Lee married a former professional golfer turned businessman in 2003 and has three children — one son and two daughters.
