The Jinju Panmun Lake Summit Welga apartment complex, set to rise in Panmun-dong, Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province, is scheduled to launch pre-sales this month, the developer announced Tuesday.
The complex will span three below-ground floors to a maximum of 27 above-ground floors, offering 690 units with exclusive use areas ranging from 78 to 182 square meters. The unit breakdown is 130 units at 78 square meters, 203 units at 84 square meters (Type A), 277 units at 84 square meters (Type B), 76 units at 119 square meters and four units at 182 square meters.
The complex sits close to the Seo-Jinju interchange on the Daejeon-Tongyeong Expressway, providing convenient access to downtown Jinju and neighboring areas including Sacheon, Sancheong and Hamyang.
Pyeonggeo Elementary School is within walking distance, and Gyeonghae Girls' Middle and High School, Seonmyeong Girls' High School and the Pyeonggeo-dong hagwon district are also nearby.
Lifestyle amenities in the vicinity include Top Mart's Seo-Jinju branch, E-mart, Galleria department store, Jinyangho Park, Panmuncheon Waterfront Park, a Namgang River walking trail, Panmunsan and Seokgapsan.
Planned community facilities include a specialty library, a children's playground, residents' fitness facilities, a daycare center and a shared childcare center.
The complex also plans to introduce a sky lounge featuring a sky cafe — a rare amenity in Jinju — to enhance the development's exclusivity and landmark appeal.
"Jinju Panmun Lake Summit Welga will offer a sky lounge that maximizes the locational advantage of overlooking Jinyangho Lake, along with about 1.88 parking spaces per unit, a specialty library and storage-optimized floor plans — products that set it apart from existing apartments in the area," a pre-sales official said.
A model home for the complex will be set up in the Pyeonggeo-dong area of Jinju.
