Vouchers to reach 2,000 vulnerable households in Ulsan
'Will ease shopping burden and bring vitality to traditional markets'

Kyongnam Bank visited Ulsan City Hall on Thursday to donate 100 million won ($73,100) worth of traditional market gift vouchers as part of its "Chuseok Love Sharing" project, aimed at easing the holiday shopping burden on vulnerable residents and revitalizing local traditional markets ahead of chuseok.
The vouchers will be distributed through the Ulsan Community Chest of Korea to 2,000 vulnerable households recommended by the city.
On Aug. 27, Kyongnam Bank signed a financial support agreement with Ulsan Metropolitan City and the Ulsan Credit Guarantee Foundation, committing 50 billion won to support small business owners in the Ulsan area under the 2026 Ulsan Small Business Hope-Link Financial Support program.
"We hope these vouchers will help not only neighbors facing economic hardship but also contribute to revitalizing traditional markets," said Kim Ki-bum, head of Kyongnam Bank's Ulsan business group. "We will consistently expand our community contribution efforts alongside the people of Ulsan."
