The Space Launch Observatory in Namnyeol-ri, Yeongnam-myeon, will open to the public ahead of the fifth launch of Nuri, South Korea's homegrown rocket developed by Hanwha Aerospace, scheduled for around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Naro Space Center.
Located 17 kilometers from the Naro Space Center, the observatory will open at 9 a.m. that day and admit a maximum of 200 visitors for safety reasons.
A busking performance featuring music across various genres will be held from 11 a.m. to noon to entertain visitors waiting for the launch.
