Each character symbolizes a core service value: speed, safety and connectivity
Company plans to expand customer touchpoints online and offline
CJ Logistics has unveiled a trio of new mascot characters called "O-NE Friends" to represent its delivery brand O-NE, as part of a broader strategy to strengthen customer engagement.
The company announced Thursday that the characters — developed to help customers experience the O-NE service in a more accessible and approachable way — will be introduced through its official social media channels. The goal is to communicate the brand's service values more intuitively and deepen brand familiarity by expanding everyday touchpoints with customers.
O-NE Friends draws its inspiration from the delivery box used to carry and hand off parcels to customers. The lineup consists of three distinct characters: Oneng, an action-oriented leader who rushes to the scene at a moment's notice; Odeun, a dependable figure who keeps everything safe; and Odi, an explorer who flies anywhere to find new routes.
Each character embodies a core attribute of the O-NE service — swift delivery, safe product handling and a nationwide delivery network — expressing the brand's identity as a constant presence in customers' daily lives.
O-NE Friends will make their public debut Friday through event banners and giveaways at the National Excellence Market Fair, where CJ Logistics is participating as the official logistics partner. The company plans to gradually expand the characters' customer touchpoints in connection with its project and marketing activities going forward.
In the near term, the characters will appear across channels customers encounter during the actual delivery process, including the O-NE app and delivery boxes, to build familiarity. CJ Logistics also plans to deploy them in social media campaigns and branded content, and will release character-themed merchandise and emoji stickers to deepen communication with customers.
The company described the character launch as an extension of its recent strategy to differentiate its service brand.
"O-NE Friends was developed using the delivery box — something customers encounter every day — as its motif, to convey O-NE's delivery service and brand identity in a more intuitive way," a CJ Logistics official said. "We plan to deploy O-NE Friends across delivery services and various other customer touchpoints, and grow them into a defining brand asset for O-NE."
Meanwhile, CJ Logistics is participating as the official logistics partner at the 2026 National Excellence Market Fair, held through Sunday at the Art Center Goma and the Baekje Cultural Complex in Gongju, South Chungcheong Province, where it is operating an on-site parcel service using its personal delivery service "Bonaeo-ne" as part of its shared-growth initiatives.
