Service diagnoses each company's priorities and builds tailored growth plans; pilot showed sales up as much as 120.7% against ad spend
Cafe24 has launched a service that diagnoses a company's most pressing challenges and supports it through every step — from building a tailored strategy to putting it into action.
The e-commerce platform announced Tuesday the release of its "Cafe24 Responsible Enterprise Service," designed to develop customized growth strategies for individual businesses and provide hands-on support for running their online stores.
The core of the enterprise service lies in going beyond executing individual tasks on request: it first analyzes the priorities each company needs to address. From there, it identifies a brand's specific strengths and differentiators, then sets priorities in a phased sequence.
For a company that needs to acquire new customers, the service focuses on advertising and creator collaborations. For brands where repeat purchases are the urgent concern, it uses data to design customer relationship management and promotional campaigns. Brands looking to improve purchase conversion rates receive support through content improvements and a streamlined buying experience.
In addition, Cafe24 has built a circular structure in which data generated at each stage feeds organically into the next. Data from the online store informs operational decisions, and customer responses and performance results are then fed back into subsequent operations.
In practice, a pilot program run before the official launch confirmed improvements across key indicators. According to Cafe24, one baby-products brand saw a 15.1 percent increase in unique visitors from notification messages and an 18 percent rise in the share of repeat-purchase sales after applying the solution. A food brand recorded a 120.7 percent increase in sales relative to advertising spend, a 59.6 percent rise in purchase conversion among new members, and a 50.7 percent gain in the share of repeat-purchase sales.
Cafe24 plans to gradually expand integration with its own commerce infrastructure — including creator group purchases, advertising, and inventory and delivery management. At the same time, it intends to extend the service to overseas brands and deepen its operational capabilities.
"For a brand to grow, it is important to identify what needs to change right now and move quickly to make it happen," said Lee Jae-seok, chief executive of Cafe24. "Cafe24 will be a partner that draws on data and commerce expertise to identify what a brand needs first, and then turns that into real results through hands-on operations."
