'On the Green by Audi Clubhouse' held Monday and Tuesday at Sageywood Hongcheon
288 Audi customers take part in two-day golf outing
Audi Korea held "On the Green by Audi Clubhouse," a two-day golf event for its customers, at Sageywood Hongcheon on Monday and Tuesday, the company announced Wednesday.
The event was designed to express gratitude to Audi customers and offer a differentiated brand experience extending beyond vehicles into their everyday lifestyle. It also marked the first program under "Audi Clubhouse," a customer experience platform for owners who share common interests and lifestyles to meet and connect.
A total of 288 Audi customers, organized into 72 teams, took part in the event. Participants enjoyed a round of golf amid the late-autumn atmosphere at Sageywood Hongcheon, then gathered after their rounds for a dinner and awards ceremony to share the day's experience.
Audi Clubhouse is Audi Korea's customer experience platform covering the diverse interests and lifestyles of its customers beyond vehicles. Through the platform, the company plans to continue rolling out programs that allow customers who share common passions to meet, connect and discover new experiences together with the brand.
"What makes Audi special is not just the four rings on the car, but the customers who stand alongside those four rings," Audi Korea President Steve Klotty said. "I am deeply grateful for your passion, trust and support."
"This event marks the beginning of Audi Clubhouse," Klotty added. "We will continue to create diverse experiences where customers who share common passions and lifestyles can meet and connect with one another."
Meanwhile, Audi Korea has been expanding its customer touchpoints through a range of marketing activities, including a recent service experience event called "Inside Audi Day" held at the Bundang showroom and service center of authorized dealer Wibon Motors.
Inside Audi Day is a customer experience program that gives participants a firsthand look at vehicle maintenance and repair processes normally out of public view, allowing them to experience Audi's service expertise and technical capabilities directly.
